Essential Skills:

Responsibilities:

He/She will responsible for designs of the graphical layout for Products (Desktop & Web).

Serve as the primary point of contact between the usability /UX and the development teams, effectively managing deliverables.

He/She should possess strong hands on visual background and web design experience.

He/She should have ability to own the Usability / UI deliverables as a whole. Apply usability heuristics to design problems. Understand various research, design and user testing methods. Understand the technical limitations of Internet technology. Evaluate the presentation layer of common software packages. Understand Desktop and Web technical constraints vs. client/server. Understand various prototyping tools and techniques. Define the Information Architecture (Sitemap Process Flows & Wireframes).

Hands on experience of successfully designing enterprise-scale, multi-tier, desktop and web-based e-business applications. Experience with rich-client interfaces and RIA UX.

Experience designing and developing UI patterns and reusable components ,Experience with Java, J2EE, JUnit, Eclipse IDE, and WebSphere Application Server.

Expert knowledge of AJAX, Flex, Action scripting 3.0, JSP. DOJO , Expert knowledge of HTML, XHTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ability to understand existing business challenges and coming up with up innovative solutions

Should have proven experience of designing multi product UI platforms and architecture ,Past involvement in all phases of the Development process.

Capable of running brainstorming sessions to elicit business requirements, creating wireframes, story boards, producing finished screens, writing UI specifications, and building working prototypes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Must be able to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience. Dreamweaver, Visio, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop.

Familiarity with the latest UI technologies and toolkits for building rich experiences in a browser based interface. Understanding of User Interface Design principals and Human Factors.

Key Skills:

Hands on expert level use of Adobe Design suit CS4, Dreamweaver, Flash, Action scripting, Silverlight Expression Studio, and common graphic designing software like Photoshop, CorelDraw etc. Expert knowledge and implementation skills of web page creation using DHTML, CSS, HTML and javascript.

To be considered for this position ideally you will be qualified to degree level in art/graphic design. It is essential that you have a strong understanding of technologies with respect to UI design and can work closely with teams of Usability experts, Web Designers and design Developers

Position : BD / Pre-Sales Manager – EITS

Location : Mumbai

Reports To : BD / Pre-Sales Head

The BD / Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for positioning Rolta Products, Solutions & Services in prospect accounts, and work closely with other internal, partner and prospect stakeholders at various levels throughout the Sales Cycle, to ensure successful closure. He / She will be responsible to qualify Sales opportunities, precisely articulate & size prospect requirements, propose suitable techno-commercial solutions bringing out Rolta USPs, provide in-depth technical demonstrations, make presentations highlighting competitive advantages, develop PoCs, provide Pre-Sales assistance, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless handover of project to Delivery team, for execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Pre-Sales Management (Primary Responsibility)

Focus on effective closure of Accounts, by providing technical assistance to Sales.
Understand target customer organizations underlying business pains, existing infrastructure, propose & win the appropriate solutions through Value Selling.
Technical Account Management – Build relationships at all levels (especially with Senior Executives) understanding needs, preferences and managing each account effectively to drive mindshare for Rolta solutions.
Would need to precisely & concisely bring out key value of Rolta technical propositions in business language through Demonstrations, Presentations, PoCs, Proposals, White Papers, Case Studies, Articles, etc. for varied audience
Help Achieve/Exceed the Sales Booking Targets.
Timely reporting

Technical Marketing (Shared Responsibility)

Detailed Analysis of Prospect Needs, Scoping, Estimation and Planning.
Work closely with Architects, Product & Delivery teams, Partners and Prospect experts to ensure optimal techno-commercial solutioning, while maturely balancing conflicting parameters.
Provide accurate inputs for competitive analysis & strategy, based on market feedback
Formulate plans for Revenue growth in the territory and integrate them with company’s business strategies.

Business Development (Shared responsibility)

Work with the Sales team to create and help execute a marketing plan for lead and need generation in the territory.
Actively monitor external market and look for opportunities to introduce products and services of Rolta in the most efficient way
Manage relationships with large accounts, increase referrals, client loyalty and lock in future business.

Alliances & Relationships (shared responsibility)

Work with the Alliance team in building and managing a healthy relationship with Oracle senior management and Account teams in the territory
Create and nurture relationship with all strategic alliances and partnerships

Internal Liaisons : Solution Architects / Product Development & Management Groups / Delivery Teams, Marketing, Alliance and Support Functions

External Liaisons : Potential customers and potential partners and strategic partners like Oracle.
